COURSE ARCHITECT – John Fought, an Oregonian who won the 1977 U.S. Amateur, made revisions to the Meadows course in 1999. The redesign resembles great American courses from the 1920s and 30s with its use of directional and fore-bunkers. The original Meadows Course opened in 1969. COURSE SETUP – The USGA Course Rating/Slope Rating® for Sunriver's Meadow Course during the USGA Senior Women's Amateur Championship is: 74.4/141. Heights of grass: WHO CAN ENTER -- Open to female amateur golfers who will have reached their 50th birthday on or before Sept. 1, 2007, and have USGA Handicap Indexes not exceeding 18.4.
